One of the “California Girls” that Katy Perry must have been singing about, named Nasim, is a visually stimulating artist who is currently on the verge of releasing her “visually stimulating” video to her debut single “Bubblegum.” She sits down with Dubcnn to discuss everything in her creative galaxy from her time spent with Dr. Dre to being a A.T.L.I.E.N from her own unique cultural planet.
Right now, Nasim is wrapping up her debut album in Los Angeles with producer Genus Vegas (who is also her brother) at Studio X.

Born in Vijayawada, India and now an emerging artist out of Portland,Oregon. Nasim was born from an Iranian father and an East Indian mother. Her ethnicity gives her a diverse range of musical influences. Her father left Iran due to the political problems and went to India. Her mother was a singer/actress in india. Nasim came to america from india with her family as religious refugees when she was 5 years old.
